SETH CASTEEL | UNDERWATER DOG PHOTOGRAPHY

Posted by Oak and Oar on February 10, 2012

Our dog, Scooter, is not one to take a dip in the lake or a swim in the pool. You’ll never catch him bounding down the dock, carefree, leaping out to catch his squeeky rhino or tennis ball. However you may catch a glimpse of him patrolling the shore line in a bright yellow PFD.

The fact of the matter is if it ever did get bobbled into the water, I imagine he would stare at it as it either got washed away by the wind or faded into darkness and obscurity. And if he ever did muster the courage to take the leap of faith, I imagine he would look a bit like the last photo by Photographer Seth Casteel and his series Underwater Dog.
